Questo venerdì il vento ci ha dato tregua, tanto che le catture sono salite ad un totale di circa 230. Alcune specie interessanti sono passate dalla stazione di Ponza oggi, come potete vedere nelle foto: una tordela (la terza di sempre), due pettazzurri e un bel maschio di codirosso spazzacamino.
Purtroppo non possiamo rilassarci troppo, perchè già da domani prevedono un ritorno del maltempo con forti raffiche di vento!
This Friday the wind respited us, and as a result we caught more or less 230 birds. Some interesting species passed at the station today, as you can see from the pics: a mistle thrush (the third ever for Ponza station), two bluethroats and a stunning male of redstart.
Unfortunately, we cannot realx that much since already from tomorrow bad weather will be back with frequent gusts of wind!
