Siamo giunti quindi all'ultimo giorno della stagione di inanellamento 2018. Oggi ci siamo dedicati a smontare la stazione, operazione che richiede molto impegno, forza e organizzazione. Riponiamo tutti gli strumenti del mestiere in attesa della prossima stagione.
E' stata una stagione particolare, dove il meteo non è stato sempre indulgente e in cui non si sono raggiunti i grandi numeri di catture giornaliere a cui siamo abituati a Ponza. In ogni caso, la ricorderemo come una piacevole stagione, in cui si è lavorato tanto e si sono incontrate simpatiche e gentili persone lungo il cammino.
Cogliamo l'occasione per ingraziare il gruppo di volontari presente questa ultima settimana di attività.
We reached the last day of the ringing season 2018. Today we spent the whole day into the dismantling of the station, an operation which requires a lot of effort, strength and organisation. We put back all the tools of the job waiting for the next season.
It was a peculiar season, where the weather hasn't been always so merciful and we did not reach the great numbers of captures per day that we are used to. Anyway, we will remember this season as a remarkable season, where we worked hard and we met kind and lovely people along the path.
We take this occasion to thank in particular the group of volunteers of this last day of activity.
Ringraziamo nuovamente tutti i volontari, i visitatori , collaboratori e partecipanti per aver contribuito a portare avanti un lavoro di ricerca e conservazione con dedizione e tenacia.
E' stato un piacere avervi accanto in questa stagione 2018! Vi aspettiamo per la prossima stagione a Ponza!
