It is not the first specimen here at the Ponza station, but it is not so common to catch a Western marsh harrier in our nets, which are developed to catch passerines.
This morning, around 11 am, it has been found in one of the transects facing the sea, Eastern way.
It is a wonderful adult male.
Di nuovo a causa del vento forte le reti sono rimaste chiuse da sabato sera fino alla domenica mattina. Nelle ore di apertura abbiamo comunque preso delle specie interessanti.
